What are the delivery costs?

Who are our Delivery Partners?
We use a number of delivery partners that include Aust Post and National Couriers. We will liase with them to ensure we get your goods to you on time and damage free, although we do everything possible to ensure the safe arrival of your goods as times the may be damaged in transit and recommend you take travel insurance. When they leave our premises we cant take any responsibility for the Delivery partners actions.
What is the fee for Engraving?
Nothing, that’s right all engraving is included in the super competitive price..
Can I have Logos on my Trophies and Awards?
Of course just submit your artwork by PDF or Jpeg and we will implement it to your design. If there are any concerns we will contact you by phone or email and work with you to ensure your product looks 100%.
How do I submit all the details of the engraving to you?
All you need to do is submit all the content via a Word Document or Excel Spread sheet, please check all the spelling as we will engrave what you send us.
Can I approve all Artwork and content?
Yes you can approve all artwork and we prefer that you do. We want to make sure all trophies are spot on for your presentation days and we like to avoid red face embarrassment.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all Major Credit Cards (apart from AMEX and Diners) as well as EFT and Cheques.
Can I Make Last Minute Changes?
We understand that their maybe some late changes to your order and we will do everything possible to assist where we can. Please call or email us and we will be happy to come up with a solution.
